Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. To request a refund, contact support@racktech.ltd within 7 days of your initial payment.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
All software, content, and materials provided through our Services are the property of Racktech Co., Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our software.
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Racktech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Surat Thani Province, Thailand.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
